The Leap Refund Policy
If you go through the entire program, complete all of the actions and attend the coaching calls…
And you aren’t blown away by the improvement in the quality and quantity of music that you’re creating with your Automatic Music Machine…
…then simply email me (or my support team) at any time within 12 months of joining, and let us know that you would like your money back.
Once we receive your request, we’ll verify you have done your part, and if you have, I’ll return every last cent of the investment you made (please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed).
Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly) – Mission: Make Music Your Life / One Mission Membership
Because this is an ongoing subscription, we cannot offer refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions.
But you can cancel your membership easily at any time.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and we’ll get it cancelled right away.
Subscriptions – One to One Coaching Sessions & Mike’s Music Mastermind
No refunds can be offered for one to one coaching sessions or Mike’s Music Mastermind payments.
Although if you’re on a recurring monthly package you can cancel this at any time.
Simply email email@example.com to cancel your monthly coaching package.
Payment Plans – First 365 Days
After purchasing a product using a multi-payment option (such as a 2-pay, 3-pay or 6-pay), simply ask for a refund of your last payment at any time 365 days after you make that payment. You will receive your refund within 30 days of our confirmation of your refund request. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
Upfront Payments – First 365 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 365 days after purchase, simply ask for a refund for any part of the purchase price. You will get the portion you request back within 30 days of our confirmation of your refund request. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
After 365 Days
If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 365 days after making a payment we cannot offer refunds.
